Thank you for shopping at Gift Boutique. Due to the perishable and carefully curated nature of our products, we follow a strict refund policy designed to maintain quality, hygiene, and  fairness. Refunds are applicable only in rare cases where a product is received in a  damaged or defective condition, and customized hampers are strictly non-refundable  under any circumstances.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, you must inform us  within 24 hours of delivery by contacting our customer support team via email at  info@giftboutique.in or WhatsApp at 7593883800. To help us assess the issue accurately,  customers are required to share their order number, clear photographs, and a complete  unboxing video clearly showing the damage or defect.

Unboxing videos are mandatory, as  they help verify that the issue occurred during transit and ensure a transparent and fair  evaluation process for both the customer and Gift Boutique. Refunds will not be provided for reasons related to personal taste, preference, or dissatisfaction, nor in cases where damage  is determined to have been caused by the customer after delivery.

Once a refund request is  reviewed and approved, the refund will be processed within 4 business days to the original  mode of payment. In cases where a return of the product is required, the refund will be  initiated only after the item has been received and inspected by us. Please note that refund  timelines and modes may vary depending on bank policies, and refunds made via credit or  debit cards, net banking, UPI, or third-party wallets may take 5–7 working days to reflect in  your account.
